Breakfast: Vanilla Yogurt with granola and coconut, chai tea (I ate 1/2 the yogurt and drank 1/2 the tea) Lunch: Cheese quesadiila, chili Frito's, sour cream Dinner: Biscuits and gravy
Basically, this blog is to give me a bit of accountibility with my 2009 resolution. Hopefully it will help me stay on track with my goal of a healthier mind and body.
