I was running late this morning and didn't have a chance to take a picture of what I ate or drank in this case. I had another Instant Breakfast shake though.
Lunch: Salad w/scoop of tuna and Dr. Pepper (I drank 1/2)
Basically, this blog is to give me a bit of accountibility with my 2009 resolution. Hopefully it will help me stay on track with my goal of a healthier mind and body.
